Conditions of Purchase

Clearance Sale square). Feel free to buy as many spaces as you like.
- You are purchasing a Clearance Sale (Classified) Ad
on the main page that will remain for the amount of time stated.
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format AND not
animated.
- Your Clearance Sale Ad advertisement link must be to
email address, web page with your Clearance Sale product or a
web page that begins with http://
- Before confirming your purchase, you will be given
the opportunity to preview your order so that you can see what it will
look like. You can fine tune your order as many times as you like
before your order is confirmed --- confirmation is done by pressing the
Buy Now button. You are not allowed to change your order after you have
confirmed it.
- After successful PayPal
checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see
 on
your chosen spot. We will then verify your link, description and images.
- No refunds once your
pixel block is accepted and put on the main page. The price that you
pay at the time you buy your pixel advertisement is final and cannot be
refunded.
- No
obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be
accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your
submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an
alternative pixel advertisement. If you cannot provide an alternative
within 1 month, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your
pixel advertisement.
- If your link is
accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show
offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your pixel advertisement
will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and
you will not get a refund.
- You can request your image to be removed at any time
but the space will become publicly available again and you will not
receive a refund.
- Although we will not change or remove your Clearance
Sale Ad under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under
exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public
outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available
and you will not receive a refund.
- You must have the legal right to use the image you
provide for your pixel advertisement.
- There might be occasional downtime for site
maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a
minimum and will only be done when switching servers or upgrading.
- We promise not to sell or misuse any information that
you have given to us.
- When you Purchase a Clearance Sale Ad, you do not
own own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are
granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be
published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
